Russell has 55 years of experience as a surveyor on hydropower projects across Australia, Southeast Asia and Africa he started out on the original Snowy Scheme and peaked in the Himalayas doing aerial photography, survey control and aerial mapping. He continued on working in the Australian Defence Force from 1999-2012 and has been working with New Way Surveying since.
In his spare time he is doing his PHD in surveying.
Darko Radisavljevic
Land Surveyor in NSW since 2000
Darko has been a surveyor since 2000. He worked for a Sydney company and gained much experience in different fields of surveying and different areas. He decided to go out on his own in 2009 and has been running NWS since. New Way Surveying has been dedicated to bringing customers the results needed under time and within budget.
Paul Reilly

Paul is a highly qualified Registered Surveyor with more than 25 years’ experience in the surveying industry, including involvement in some of the Illawarra’s most significant projects. Paul brings to New Way Surveying his in-depth knowledge and experience to successfully complete all areas of sub-division and engineering surveys. Including:
- Torrens sub-divisions,
- Strata sub-divisions,
- Conversion of Limited Title to Torrens Title,
- Construction Setout,
- Engineering Surveys,
- Lease Surveys.
Paul’s attention to detail and exceptional customer communication is evident in his project management, resulting in excellent personal and company reviews.
Toni Anastovski

Member of the institution of Surveyors NSW
Toni is a surveyor registered with the Board of Surveying and Spatial Information, NSW and holds a Bachelor of Surveying (Hons) degree awarded by the University of Newcastle. He has over 20 years of surveying experience, within both the public and private sector.
His expertise includes Torrens Title and old system title subdivisions, strata subdivisions, Community Title subdivisions, property boundary redefinitions, road opening/closures and ALC surveys.
